Black Panther Teaser Introduces Us To The World Of Wakanda

On Friday, June 9th, Marvel Studios released their first official trailer to their upcoming movie, Black Panther. The film is slated to be released on February 2018, which will be a few months before Avengers: Infinity War gets released. The trailer revealed many things about the film. So, let's breakdown what happened in this thrilling superhero trailer.

1. The film will explore at lot of Wakanda's culture

In terms of the city, Wakanda is a very high-tech civilization and is more advanced than most cities in the Marvel Universe. From what the trailer presented, it seems that the film will be exploring a lot of the city's culture. The culture seems very Indian-like and technological. It's going to be very interesting to see how this world fits in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

2. Andy Serkis and Martin Freeman will play big roles in the film

Both actors have played their characters in previous Marvel films. Andy Serkis has played Ulysses Klaw in 2015's Avengers: Age Of Ultron and Martin Freeman has played Everett K. Ross in 2016's Captain America: Civil War.

3. Michael B. Jordan will be playing a main villain

Even though Michael B. Jordan did what he could in Fantastic Four(horrible movie, by the way), he looks like he is finally going to get the treatment he show desperately deserves in a superhero film. From what the trailer presented, it seems like Michael B Jordan is playing a villain type of character and may be the main antagonist in the film. He has worked with Ryan Coogler before in 2015s Creed.
